Abouy shipping:
If you cannot find your country on the checkout page, it means this country cannot be delivered for uncontrollable reasons.
Duties and taxes:
Nartya provides free standard shipping on orders over $69 which barely incurs any extra fees.Orders under $69 incur a shipping fee of just $9.90.Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility. All costs incurred by the customs are borne by the customer; we can cover part of your loss with shopping credits.
Processing time:
Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while engraved or custom orders may take 7-10 working days. After you choose the size or item amount, you can check the processing time on the product page. The delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Once the order is prepared, it will be shipped out promptly.

*Due to a higher volume of sales during promotional periods, our order processing time may be delayed. Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that Nartya will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.
*Express Shipping cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via the Standard Shipping method.
*For U.S. orders, you must sign for purchases of $300 or more regardless of any signature waiver on file with the carrier. Any order of $300 or over needs an adult signature.
*Customs & Duties: All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Nartya is not liable for any additional charges incurred upon delivery.
* Our courier company: DHL/UPS(express), YunExperss/USPS/China Postal(standard shipping).
