About shipping:
If you cannot find your country on the checkout page, we are currently unable to deliver to that destination.

Shipping, duties and taxes:
Nartya provides free standard shipping to all countries and regions available at checkout. Nartya covers applicable import duties and taxes for those destinations, so customers are not asked to pay them upon delivery.

Production time:
Made-to-order jewelry typically takes 2–4 weeks to produce after payment. If a product has a different production time, please refer to its product page or contact us.

Shipping time:
Transit time begins after your order is dispatched and varies by destination. Production time and transit time together determine the total delivery time.
